Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is an opportunity to focus on your own experiences, challenges, and goals. Often the general components of individual coaching include an exploration of current life events, relevant aspects of the past that may relate to your current experience, and a deep dive into the obstacles you are facing as you attempt to move forward in your life and in your relationship with yourself and others.

Relationship Coaching
(couple, parent, family)
Relationship coaching is an opportunity to focus on your experiences in relationship to one-another. This often includes identifying specific challenges and goals, strengths and assets, and patterns of interacting with one another which keep the relationship feeling stuck or troubled. Guiding topics often include emotions, needs, communication styles, attachment styles and parenting. Coaching may include an exploration of current life events, relevant aspects of each partner's perspective and worldview as they may relate to the current experiences. Often the process includes a deeper exploration of obstacles the partnership faces as attempts are made to move forward together.

Consulting
(case collaboration & transition support for parents and young adults)
As a coach I offer case consultation, and comprehensive collaboration, with other professionals working with an individual or family. This can include:

Weekly phone call sessions with individuals, couples and/or their professional support team (therapists, educational consultants, etc)

In-home or on-site workshops for more intensive processing during or after times of individual, couple or family transition
-
Pre-treatment or post treatment transitions
-
Parent and/or family coaching concurrent with a separate loved one's in-patient treatment (teen, young adult child, for example)
